In this 90-minute interactive workshop, you’ll learn the science behind EFT, how to use it in everyday life, and experience guided tapping for yourself.
By the end of this session you will be able to:
• Understand what EFT is, where it comes from, and why it works
• Locate and use the key tapping points on the face and body
• Apply a basic tapping sequence to stress, anxiety, or emotional discomfort
• Use tapping independently at home after the session
