This eight week class incorporates both beginner and continuing levels in a friendly, easy-going general mat class. For those who are completely new to Pilates and feel they would benefit from a term of foundational Pilates, we hold Beginners classes at 7pm on Tuesdays. These courses usually fill with waiting lists each term - if you would like to book in the whole year, with payment closer to the start of each course, please contact the office.
All ages and fitness levels catered for. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer. Bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel for floor exercises.
