This 8 or 9 week class incorporates both beginner and continuing levels in a friendly, easy-going general mat class. For those who are completely new to Pilates and feel they would benefit from a term of foundational Pilates, we hold Beginners classes at 7.15pm on Tuesdays.
All ages and fitness levels catered for. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer. Bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel for floor exercises.

School Holidays: When courses are running the office is open 9:00am - 4:00pm
