You will learn to cook with eggs, meat, chicken, fish and fresh vegetables and create a great meal from what is in your fridge. Each lesson will concentrate on one or two main ingredient groups and the relevant cookery techniques used to prepare them successfully. Recipes have been selected as bases for you to create your own recipes. The first session covers a variety of omeletes and techniques, a vegetable lasagne and an easy chocolate pudding.
