    Description

Learn from a professional! Chef Tim Gasson will teach you icing techniques including:

    • how to colour icing
    • basic piping skills
    • how to roll fondant and cover your cakes
    • how to make and work with royal and butter icing.

If you'd like to bring a cake, you will be able to ice this and take it home.  Otherwise, a dummy cake will be provided for you to practise on in class.  Course fee includes icing ingredients ($23).
