Come and learn to make homemade sticky dumplings using pork, chicken or vegetables from scratch. And you will learn how to create a delicious dipping sauce using Asian inspired ingredients, and have fun along the way.
2023 Workshop dates (more may be added according to demand):
Starting from scratch you will mix the meats and vegetables to use for your dumplings, then you will steam fry the dumplings while making your own dipping sauce using a mix of Asian inspired flavours. Afterwards we will all sit and eat as a group. The course is designed to give you a foundation to create your own inspiration flavours. Includes ingredients ($15).
