    Description

    Journey with food through the Middle East to discover exotic spices used in these aromatic dishes.

    Menu

    On this one-day course we will make:

    • Kebabs with Grilled Beef Kofta and Flatbread
    • Lamb Maqluba with Salad and Tzatziki
    • Baklava is a layered pastry dessert made of filo, filled with chopped nuts, and sweetened with syrup or honey. We will make two variations of baklava.

    Your course fee includes all ingredients ($45). You will prepare the recipes with Clive's assistance, learning his tips and techniques, then you'll enjoy the food you've prepared. At the end of the day you'll have some new recipes and the know-how to produce these dishes at home.

    Bring

    Bring a teatowel and a container in case there are leftovers.
