Join French Pastry Chef Nicolas to learn authentic French pastries. Maximum ten students per class.

French Pastry Chef Nicolas will teach you a variety of authentic French pastries. With his experience and passion for French cuisine he will inspire you to create at home. You'll get to taste these goodies, and you'll go home with recipes and know-how. Your course fee includes all ingredients for the course ($35).
Over this four week course, Nicolas will teach the following recipes:
Bring a tea towel each night plus a container in case there are leftovers.
Term Time: Monday - Wednesday 9:00am - 9:00pm
Thursday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
School Holidays: When courses are running the office is open 9:00am - 4:00pm
