Do you want to include more fish in your diet, but need inspiration? June will share with you her recipes, secrets and techniques for creating a great selection of versatile seafood dishes that you will find useful for a number of occasions. You will also learn how to fillet fish.
You will work with a partner and cook a wide variety of fish recipes. June will share her tips and tricks for producing beautiful fish-based dishes so you feel confident at making the recipes at home. Each evening you'll be able to enjoy tasting some of the dishes you've cooked or take leftovers home to eat later.
Each week please bring two containers to transport your meals home, as well as a tea towel. You may wish to bring your own chef's knife and apron. Your course fee includes an ingredients charge of $68 per person.
