June will share with you her recipes, secrets and techniques for creating a great selection of versatile seafood dishes that you will find useful for a number of occasions. You will also learn how to fillet your own fish.

You will work with a partner and cook a wide variety of recipes (including a delicious French mussel pie!) which have been gathered from around the world. The majority are simple and reasonable to make.
June will share a total of 12 recipes, some you'll prepare yourselves, and others June will demonstrate. Each evening you'll be able to enjoy eating some of the dishes you've cooked or take home to eat later.
Each week please bring 2 containers to transport your meals home.
