I lost my husband suddenly and everything in my world changed. Two and half years later I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I have discovered that we are all more powerful than what we think we are. We cannot change life’s events however with changing perception we discover new gifts.
I'd like to say I enjoyed it because it was only {a few} sessions so not too much to commit to or too much information to digest. The small number of attendees in class also meant that we could all contribute to discussions. Shona is such a wonderful tutor, she listened, offered advice and most importantly offered encouragement as we shared our innermost thoughts with each other. Her handouts are also greatly appreciated. I'd like to congratulate Selwyn College for offering these night classes, they are an amazing asset for our community and it would be sad if we lost them.
I really enjoyed the course! Shona is amazing and so passionate about her teachings. It has been such a positive experience and I highly recommend this course to anyone.
It was great! It was very thorough and informative. Lovely tutor. Nothing to improve on.
