    Description

I’m busy; in fact sometimes I’m overwhelmed … how about you? Between parenting, managing a household, and maybe even a career! life is pretty hectic. Not to mention recent major upheavals of a pandemic. So how do you keep all the balls in the air and stay sane and happy?

I would like to invite you to join me for a series of three special workshops where you will take a personal health audit and develop a series of achievable steps towards better physical, mental and emotional health.

    Expected learning outcomes

    • Build a roadmap of areas in your life and health you wish to change and actions to take to make the change
    • Have more tools to improve your mental, physical and emotional health
    • Be able to motivate yourself to do what you want to do
    • Increase self-awareness and confidence

    Who should attend?

This course is perfect for people who wish to reboot or restart aspects of their life and learn skills and tools to have you look, feel, think and be a better version of you.

    About your tutor

I am also a holistic health coach, a qualified registered nutritionist, registered naturopath and Master NLP* Practitioner. I run my own private practice in St Heliers. I am passionate about empowering adults and children to look, feel, think and be as healthy as possible. As a friend of mine says, 'we teach best what we most need to learn', so this workshop series is an expression of my own personal development journey. I have designed these workshops around my favourite natural medicine and NLP tools and methods. I believe that when we come together in groups and harness our collective wisdom and power, truly amazing things can happen. I can't wait to meet you. *NLP is the study of subjective experience, how people know what they know and what they do.
