Description
In this one workshop, Vinay will show you how to make "better than any restaurant" beef mince seekh kebabs, packed with herbs and warm spices from India. We will go further to make the most amazing kebab roll wrap too. These are sure to be a winner on your dinner table. We'll provide all the ingredients and a materials charge of $18 is included within your workshop fee.
What to bring
A tea towel and a container in case there are leftovers.
About your tutor
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
