In this one workshop, Vinay will show you how to make Fresh Vietnamese Rice Paper Spring Rolls. These are different to the deep-fried variety, and are a fresh and healthier alternative of rice paper wraps softened in hot water and filled. Vinay will show you the tips and tricks for recreating this delicious meal at home which is very popular with children, as the fillings can be adapted. It's sure to become a regular in your repertoire. At the end of the preparation, you'll enjoy the food you have prepared.
Course fee includes ingredients ($15).
