Description
In this workshop, Vinay will show you how to make the most delicious and super light and healthy rice paper rolls filled with fresh vegetables and herbs, accompanied by a perfectly balanced dipping sauce.
These are different to the deep-fried variety, and are a fresh and healthier alternative of rice paper wraps softened in hot water and filled. Vinay will show you the tips and tricks for recreating this delicious meal at home which is very popular with children, as the fillings can be adapted. It's sure to become a regular in your repertoire. At the end of the preparation, you'll enjoy the food you have prepared. All ingredients are provided and your workshop fee includes a materials charge of $18.

About your tutor
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
