    Description

    Would you like to learn the tools and skills to become more focused, productive, and effective in your daily life? Based on Stephen Covey’s hugely successful book, this course will cover the seven habits that build a strong foundation for a values-driven, effective and productive life – at work and home. There will be readings to do each week, along with exercises in class that focus on values, setting priorities, time management, and collaborative ways of working and communicating. The aim of the course is to put new habits into practice that will help you lead a rich, fulfilling life that meets your goals.

    Expected learning outcomes

    1. Determine what your core values are.
    2. Learn how to see the world as it is, not as you’d like it to be (paradigm shift).
    3. Practice setting realistic goals and prioritising tasks.
    4. Discover the most effective tools for self-management and success.

    Anyone who wants to become more focused, organised and successful at work and home life.

    About your tutor, Julia

    I am an arts therapist and facilitator who works with people individually and in groups. I enjoy introducing new ways of thinking and how effective tools and new skills can promote purposeful and fulfilling lives.
