Join Cecilia and learn to make various Korean vegetarian foods with a focus on snacks and lunch dishes. You'll get to taste the dishes prepared, and take home any leftovers. The actual dishes prepared on the day will fit with whatever good quality produce is available at that time. Cecilia will show you how to store and cook with dried vegetables.

Your course fee includes an ingredients charge of $25. This menu does not include any seafood, fish or dairy. Please contact the office to discuss any allergies you may have. We can ask the tutor to assess whether this course is suitable for you.
A teatowel, several small-medium sized containers for any leftovers. If you wish, bring your own knife and apron.
