Description
Join chef Komal of Koko and Chai Catering to learn how to produce delicious and fun street food from around the world. Komal will share her professional tips and tricks so that you can reproduce these tasty dishes at home to delight your friends and family.
Course outline
Week 1 – Spain. Tonight we will learn to create a selection of tasty tapas.
Week 2 – Thailand. Tonight we will learn to create delicious fish cakes and pad Thai.
Week 3 – India: Tonight we will prepare and cook vegetarian samosas and chaats.
Week 4 – Lebanon: Tonight we will prepare and cook a range of different kebabs.
What to bring
A teatowel and a container in case there are leftovers. You may also prefer to bring your own knife and apron.
