Week 1 – Spain - Tonight we will learn to create a selection of tasty tapas.
Week 2 – Thailand - Tonight we will learn to create delicious fish cakes and pad Thai.
Week 3 – India - Tonight we will prepare and cook vegetarian samosas and chaats.
Week 4 – Lebanon - Tonight we will prepare and cook a range of different kebabs.
A teatowel and a container in case there are leftovers. You may also prefer to bring your own knife and apron.
