    Spice things up with a French Cuisine cooking lesson perfect for couples, friends, family members - these classes are fun and light-hearted with plenty of opportunity for hands-one learning. And you'll eat your delicious meal each evening, and enjoy a glass of wine. Our French Chef Nicolas will guide you through the recipes, sharing his professional tips and tricks, so that you can make these tasty menus at home as well.

    Register for just one night, or whichever workshops take your fancy.

    Monday 13 March 2023

    • Canape: Tartine of Goat Cheese, fig jam etc
    • Entree: Verrine of avocado, tomato and shrimp
    • Main: Farcis Nicois (vegetables stuffed with meat) with salad

    Monday 29 May 2023

    • Canape: Gougere with cheese
    • Entree: Noix Saint Jacques (scallops)
    • Main: Papillote de Poisson (fish) with ratatouille and roasted gourmet potato

    Monday 28 August 2023

    • Canape: Sourdough bread with parma ham
    • Entree: Taste a la Tomate with mesculun salade
    • Main: Gnocchi a la Parisienne (gnocchi with creamy mushroom sauce)

    Monday 27 November 2023

    • Canape: Brochettes
    • Entree: Amoniere Goat Cheese (filo pastry with goat cheese)
    • Main: Coq au Vin (chicken with red wine sauce and roasted gourmet potatoes)

    What to bring

    A teatowel, a small container in case of any leftovers. Pen. If you wish, you may choose to bring your own knife and apron.
