    Description

Join Cecilia in the kitchen and have fun making Korean sushi and dumplings. If time permits, Cecilia will also make Korean flower rice pancakes.

    Ingredients and food intolerances

    • Kimbap (sushi) includes seaweed, meats, eggs, fish balls. Students can elect to use vegetable-only ingredients.
    • Dumplings (usually wheat flour) can be made with rice flour for GF children. The fillings will include pork but children can elect to make a vegetarian version. The dumplings will contain egg.
    • Flower pancakes are mainly glutinous rice flour.
    • Some of these ingredients may have been made on food lines that process nuts.

Please let us know if your child has some other food intolerance and Cecilia will assess whether she can meet their needs. This may not be possible but we will do our best to accommodate your child's health needs.

    What to bring
