Pilates and Yoga

    Home Pilates and Yoga

    Learn gentle exercises for pelvis, back support and strengthening your abdominal region. You will explore gentle breathing and meditation techniques for relaxation. This course is also suitable for expectants mothers in the second and third trimester. This course is suitable for those new to pilates and those with experience. Micaela will adjust her exercises to suit.

    Description

    Discover a perfect blend of yoga and Pilates in this revitalizing course, designed to strengthen your core, support your back, and enhance pelvic stability. With a focus on gentle movements, you'll also explore calming breathing exercises and meditation techniques to promote relaxation and mental clarity.
     
    The course is also ideal for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters providing a safe and supportive environment. 
     
    Whether you're new to Pilates or have prior experience, Micaela will tailor each session to meet your individual needs, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable as you progress.  
     

    Bring a yoga mat to lie on, and an extra layer or rug for warm-downs.

     

    These courses usually fill with waiting lists each term - if you would like to book in the whole year, with payment closer to the start of each course, please contact the office.
