Nothing. All ingredients are included within your course fee ($47 per person) and you'll get to taste food during the day. Tea and coffee will be provided in the staffroom for breaks.

Tibor is an experienced chef who has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He worked in several Hungarian and Austrian restaurants before moving to New Zealand. He enjoys creating dishes that combine authentic flavours with a modern twist.
Lilian credits her mother for her passion for cooking. After graduating, she worked in England and New Zealand restaurants. Lilian is a regular cook at Hungarian community events and won several prizes at community cooking competitions.
