    Description

The nature of watercolour is that it moves and flows freely - pigment and water moving together. So it makes sense that in life, when we feel out of control, overstimulated, or anxious, the act of tapping into the meditative qualities of watercolour can calm and bring a sense of freedom from all that is going out outside of you. By learning meditative watercolour practices, we can carve out spaces in our lives to let go, focus on the freedom of the watercolour, and breathe. Not only does this practice stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, calming our body and mind, but it helps us realise the agency we have over our own mental health.

All materials are provided for this two-hour workshop.
