Communicating Compassionately (based on Non-Violent Communication)

Home Communicating Compassionately (based on Non-Violent Communication)

It is so easy to slip into unhelpful ways of communicating when we are under stress or tension. We can blame, shame, accuse, nag, demand and judge others and ourselves. Learn some life changing tools to help connect you to yourself and the people around you with authenticity, compassion and clarity, in a way that can meet both your needs and their needs.
