Description
You will learn to make this family favourite Thai noodle stir fry, it's super delicious and packed full of fresh flavours. This dish is always a winner for anyone that loves Thai food. It will be accompanied by a quick and easy green salad with a spicy umami dressing. All ingredients are provided and your course fee includes an ingredients charge of $21.
What to bring
A tea towel and a container in case there are leftovers.
About your tutor
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
