Description
Learn to make these very popular satay chicken skewers, rich and deep with flavours of Thailand including peanuts, fresh herbs and mild chilies, and learn Vinay's tips and tricks to add them to your regular repertoire at home. A super healthy vegetable Thai salad will accompany the chicken. All ingredients are provided and your workshop fee includes a materials charge of $21.
What to bring
A tea towel and a container in case there are leftovers.
About your tutor
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
