    Course menu

    • Week 1: Traditional Carbonara Pasta

    • Week 2: Pesto and Gnocchi
      learn to make light, pillowy gnocchi from scratch and pair it with a vibrant, aromatic pesto sauce.

    • Week 4: Tiramisu
      end your journey with a classic Italian dessert—learn how to create this rich and indulgent treat, layered with coffee-soaked biscuits and mascarpone cream.
