    This hands-on class is designed to help you master classic brunch favourites with a twist, from rich and creamy Eggs Benedict to indulgent ricotta pancakes. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this course will teach you essential techniques and elevate your brunch game.

    You will learn how to prepare the following:

    • Eggs Benedict (with ham or spinach): Master this iconic brunch dish, including a step-by-step lesson on making the perfect hollandaise sauce to complement your poached eggs and toasted English muffin.

    • Ricotta Pancakes with Bacon & Grilled Bananas: Create light and fluffy ricotta pancakes, served with crispy bacon, caramelised grilled bananas, fresh cream, and maple syrup for the ultimate indulgent brunch treat.

    • Breakfast Burrito: Learn how to assemble a hearty breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, sausage, crispy hash browns, sautéed mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and beans, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a satisfying meal.

    • Vegetarian Fritters with Tomato Salsa: Discover how to make crispy, savory fritters packed with vegetables, paired with a fresh and zesty tomato salsa—perfect for a lighter brunch option.
