Discover the satisfaction of designing and creating your own wooden project in this practical, hands-on course led by experienced tutor Robin.
Start with a comprehensive workshop and safety induction, then choose a project that inspires you — whether it’s a small piece of furniture, a decorative item, or something uniquely your own. Robin will guide you through every stage: planning and drawing, selecting suitable materials and fasteners, measuring and marking out, and safely using both hand and power tools.
Perfect for beginners and those with some woodworking experience, this course combines creativity with skill development, giving you the confidence to bring your ideas to life in the workshop.
Some past items have included: coffee tables, bookcases and plant stands.
Only sign up for this class if you can commit to attending each of the first three lessons in full. The tutor will explain critical information in those lessons, including regarding safety procedures
