    Description

    Overview

Women. Are you noticing changes in your body, mood, sleep, or weight as you move through your 40s or 50s? You’re not alone. Join Sheena Hendon, NZ registered Nutritionist and Naturopath, for this four-week course which offers clear guidance, expert support, and practical tools to help you understand and navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence. Feel informed, supported, and empowered during this natural transition.

    This course is designed for:

    • Women in their 40s or 50s who want to improve their physical health, enhance mental wellbeing, and support healthy ageing.
    • Women noticing changes in weight that persist despite healthy eating and regular exercise.
    • Women feeling fatigued, experiencing brain fog, mood fluctuations, or heightened stress.
    • Women who feel their bodies are changing and want to actively manage this stage of life.
    • Women dealing with hot flushes, sleep disturbances, reduced libido, or other common symptoms.
    • Women ready to find practical solutions and guidance instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
    • Women confused by conflicting information online about menopause.
    • Women unsure whether they are in perimenopause—this course will help clarify your stage and next steps.

Perimenopause is the stage where most hormonal symptoms appear—not menopause itself. These symptoms are often caused by fluctuating oestrogen and declining progesterone, and can vary widely from woman to woman.
