    Description

    In a world that moves quickly and demands a lot from us, mental fitness and emotional resilience have never been more important. In this supportive and practical workshop, you’ll explore what it really means to strengthen your inner foundations — from understanding how your mind responds to stress, to building habits that help you stay centred, grounded, and calm in everyday life. You’ll gain insight into the patterns that drain your energy and learn simple ways to cultivate clarity, focus, and emotional balance.

    We’ll dive into practical tools you can use straight away, including mindset techniques, mindful awareness, emotional regulation strategies, and small daily practices that nurture long-term resilience. Whether you’re looking to cope better with challenges, boost your confidence, or simply feel more in control of your inner world, you’ll leave with a personalised set of skills to support your wellbeing and help you thrive — not just cope — in the moments that matter.

    About the tutor

    Nicola Lincoln is a qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with more than seventeen years of clinical experience. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) from Charles Sturt University in Sydney and is also a Reiki Master Teacher, PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Spiritual Mentor, and Author.

    Passionate about holistic wellbeing, Nicola helps people of all ages strengthen their mental, emotional, physical, and energetic health. She has run her own multidisciplinary wellness centre, taught Reiki and other workshops, and supervised naturopathic students. She currently serves on the Board of Reiki New Zealand.
