Across the sessions, you’ll learn simple, effective tools for calming the nervous system, organising thoughts, and creating small, sustainable habits that support wellbeing. Through guided exercises, reflective activities, and group discussion, you’ll explore what triggers overwhelm, how it shows up in your body and mind, and which strategies work best for you.
The course offers a calm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build confidence in managing life’s demands. You’ll leave with practical techniques you can use immediately—along with a renewed sense of ease, agency, and resilience.
All are welcome; no prior experience is needed.
Nicola Lincoln is a qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with more than seventeen years of clinical experience. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) from Charles Sturt University in Sydney and is also a Reiki Master Teacher, PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Spiritual Mentor, and Author.
Passionate about holistic wellbeing, Nicola helps people of all ages strengthen their mental, emotional, physical, and energetic health. She has run her own multidisciplinary wellness centre, taught Reiki and other workshops, and supervised naturopathic students. She currently serves on the Board of Reiki New Zealand.
