Come and learn to make North Indian Cheicken Korma, you will learn how to create a delicious Korma using Asian inspired ingredients, and have fun along the way.
Chicken Korma is a sumptuous dish featuring tender chicken pieces in a creamy, spiced sauce, with a burst of sweet dried fruits like raisins, finished with creamy yoghurt and slivered almonds. The chicken is typically marinated in a mixture of yogurt and spices before being cooked slowly in the sauce.
This process infuses the meat with rich flavors and results in a curry that is both comforting and deeply satisfying. Chicken Korma is perfect for those who enjoy a milder yet flavorful curry. All ingredients are supplied.
