Join Vinay for an evening of learning, cooking and eating. In this class, Vinay will show you how to make Chinese Spicy Tofu with Seasonal Veg and Fried Rice.
We will make this all-time favourite stir-fry dish, packed with seasonal vegetables, rich Asian spices and herbs, in a spicy fiery (as much as you like), sticky sauce that's super delicious. Add to this, healthy, delicious tofu and you have a winner in a bowl.
We will also make a quick and easy Fried Rice dish as the perfect accompaniment to our main dish.

A tea towel and a container in case there are leftovers.
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
