Description
Working step by step, you’ll prepare and create glaze and apply this to mini cakes. Learn about swirls, marbling, and vibrant colour effects. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tips for temperature control, prepping your cake base, and avoiding common glazing pitfalls.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home some beautifully finished mirror cakes—and the confidence to recreate these show-stopping desserts for celebrations, gifts, or simply for fun.
