Learn essential Italian techniques while creating a beautiful menu of regional favourites. This will include : hearty minestrone, rustic pollo alla cacciatora, herb-scented focaccia, a bright seasonal insalata, fresh frittata di piselli e menta, delicate ricciarelli, traditional testaroli al pesto, and a classic crostata di ricotta.
