    Blood sugar swings and dips are one of the most common issue that people cite when it comes
    to improving their diet.  The cravings for carbs and sugar can be intense and hard to manage. 

    And the rollercoaster of high blood sugar, followed by a crash, followed by another sugar
    craving, can be really hard on our health.

    Irregular blood sugar can lead to insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and Type II Diabetes.
