Hi everyone, my name is Lorenzo and I'm a chef, originally from Italy. I've been in New Zealand for almost five years. I have over 16 years experience as a chef working in fine dining restaurants around the world (Melbourne, Paris, Berlin, Rome, Auckland).
I'm historically aware of my family's culinary background, and the wonderful times I spent cooking with my Nonna led me to my vocation in food. I've developed a taste for experimentation, technical exploration and challenges. Currently, I feel inspired to teach others the love and the passion of Italian cooking in a simple and easy way, using organic and fresh produce.
