Ranginui Logan Belk

    Home Ranginui Logan Belk

"Ko Ranginui Logan Belk ahau. I come from Ngati Hine, Rereahu and Ngati Tūwharetoa. I have studied up to level 6 te reo Māori in a rumaki full immersion style. Although we grew up speaking English, my family speak te reo often now, and half my nephews and nieces have te reo as their first language. My pursuit of the language started as an adult when I began my social work degree in 2020, which taught me about the long and enduring fight to keep my people's language alive. I am privileged to share the beautiful taonga of te reo with you and am keen to support you in this journey."
