Sarah Sowerby

    Home Sarah Sowerby

    I have studied a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Ancient History and Anthropology at the University of Auckland, specialising in Egyptology. I have tutored courses in Egyptian history at the University of Auckland, as well as a Study Abroad trip to Egypt in 2023. I currently work with the archaeology department assisting and supervising field work and conducting laboratory analyses. I have interests in all aspects of Egyptian history, and my research has centred on ancient mining practices and religion.

    Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Classics, Ancient History and Anthropology (2019-2021). Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Classics and Ancient History, specialising in Egyptology (2023-2024).
