    The value of creativity and artistic pursuits has been getting press lately for its mental health and therapeutic benefits. Whether it’s just engaging in a mindful pastime such as mosaicking or zentangle, or learning a new skill (think Italian language, cooking Korean or playing the ukulele), or overcoming creative blocks (“I don’t have a creative bone in my body” – that old chestnut), participating in a creative activity boosts your wellbeing in a number of ways.
