Learn how to release back pain and relieve some of the normal aches and pains of pregnancy. Claudia will teach you gentle exercises for pelvis and back support and strengthening exercises to help with your core support. You will explore gentle breathing and meditation techniques to relax and to prepare for delivery. Each evening will be your time to relax, second and third trimester mothers. We are now catering for our expectant mums in Pilates and Yoga 5pm or 7pm Mondays.

This course is for second and third trimester mothers.
Bring a yoga mat to lie on, and an extra layer or rug for warm-downs.
