We’ll learn how to swap one ingredient for another, how to make a favourite takeaway, and ways to add more vegetables to your diet. We will learn the principles of a diet full of healthy fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. This course will help you enjoy your next trip to the supermarket!
Each evening you'll learn, prepare dishes and get to sample what you have made.
Your own chef's knife if you wish. A takeaway container is a good idea. All ingredients for this course are provided and a charge of $67 is included within your course fee.
I have just finished nutritionist training and would like to start helping others eat a more healthful diet. I was a hospital pharmacist for 22 years and was involved in medication and diet management for cardiac and diabetic patients.
