This hands-on event offers an exploration of various art forms, from painting and drawing to mosaics and decoupage, curated to highlight the therapeutic benefits of creative expression.

Join our experienced art educators who will guide you through relaxing hands-on activities designed to reduce stress and foster creativity. Each session is crafted to demonstrate the profound impact that creativity can have on mental health, providing both practical techniques and insights into how art can be a powerful tool for personal growth and emotional balance.
