Wind down by learning waiata Māori from the traditional sort to those of Rob Ruha. At the pace of the class we will learn the kupu (words), the rangi (tune and harmonies) and actions for waiata-a-ringa (action songs). A great way to destress and socialise. Tone and revitalise your whole body at your own pace. Focus on correct breathing, flexibility, yoga and relaxation. This course is held offsite at St Mark's Church Hall in Remuera. Stay fit and have some fun with this class. Classes comprise mat work, simple dance steps to great music and barre work.
