Wind down by learning waiata Māori from the traditional sort to those of Rob Ruha. At the pace of the class we will learn the kupu (words), the rangi (tune and harmonies) and actions for waiata-a-ringa (action songs). A great way to destress and socialise. Stay fit and have some fun with this class. Classes comprise mat work, simple dance steps to great music and barre work. This is a barefoot class as it is held on a sprung floor giving a 'softer' feel and absorbing the impact. Please bring a yoga mat with you.
