    Tai Chi is meditation in motion: learn a series of slow, continuous movements that promote physical and mental well being, and improve coordination and balance. This is for Intermediate level students covering Levels 1 and 2, at Bruno's invitation. These courses usually fill with waiting lists each term - if you would like to book in the whole year, with payment closer to the start of each course. please contact the office to arrange this.
