A follow on course for those who have completed our third level course.

Wind down by learning waiata Māori from the traditional sort to those of Rob Ruha. At the pace of the class we will learn the kupu (words), the rangi (tune and harmonies) and actions for waiata-a-ringa (action songs). A great way to destress and socialise. No musical experience required.

Learn gentle exercises for pelvis, back support and strengthening your abdominal region. You will explore gentle breathing and meditation techniques for relaxation. This course is also suitable for expectants mothers in the second and third trimester. This course is suitable for those new to pilates and those with experience. Micaela will adjust her exercises to suit.

For students who are confident with present simple and continuous tenses, reflexive verbs and are developing with past perfect and past imperfect tenses.

Stay fit and have some fun with this class. Classes comprise mat work, simple dance steps to great music and barre work. Always wanted to learn to sew? Come along to this fun class and make your own tote bag and apron (or tote bag and hat) while learning the basics of sewing.
